Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup acknowledgement.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
